This joint meeting will feature Ed Tricker and Keith Prettyman from Woods & Aitken LLP and will focus on multiple issues facing the construction community.

The new rules and regulations (as much as we know) that are associated with the new Healthcare Reform Law will be discussed, as well as how it is currently being interpreted for both large and small companies.

The Prompt Pay Act, on the other hand, is ready to roll and will become effective on October 1, 2010.  Ed and Keith will also touch on other legal changes in the construction world, including: filing claims with the appropriate political subdivision and changes to laws involving contract venues.
